They are responsible for everything from waste management and water purification to transportation and data routing.
          • Facilities Include:
            • Energy Distribution Hubs: Channels power from external fusion reactors and distributes it throughout the city.
            • Water and Waste Management: Advanced filtration and recycling systems ensure that the city’s resources are efficiently managed in a self-sustaining loop.
            • Data Centers: These subterranean centers store, process, and manage the massive amounts of data generated by the city’s advanced systems, keeping the AI-driven aspects of Aetheris functioning smoothly.
            • Transportation Routes: High-speed transit systems allow goods and personnel to be moved rapidly between different sectors of the city without interfering with surface activity.
          • Strategic Importance: While largely unseen by the general population, these underground structures are the lifeblood of Aetheris. The ability to manage and maintain these systems without disrupting the surface reinforces Aetheris’s image as a city of unparalleled technological prowess.

          • Energy Consumption in Aetheris: Aetheris is an energy-intensive city, with its advanced technologies, constant resource demands, and futuristic infrastructure requiring immense amounts of electricity. To meet these needs, the city developed its own solution to power generation.
          • Initial Plan: Underground Fusion Reactor: Early designs for Aetheris included an underground fusion reactor. Fusion technology, while clean and efficient, presented a psychological barrier for the population. The idea of a reactor—essentially a sun in miniature—sitting beneath their feet caused widespread unease. People feared that it was a "giant bomb" that could threaten their lives if something went wrong.
          • Public Concerns: The population’s anxiety led to protests and public campaigns against the underground reactor, despite assurances from engineers and scientists that the technology was safe. The fear of catastrophic failure was too great to ignore.

      墨城是一个资源极为丰富的理想国,但生存成本也极高。 这里的一切生活消费都需要依靠科技和金钱,没有科技就是等同被抛弃。 如果一个人无法适应这里的生活方式和消费水平,就只能离开或被直接摈弃。 所以这个城市现实中的居民,都是经济实力雄厚的精英阶层。 穷人在这里是活不下去的,他们的命运是被系统拒之门外。

      在墨城这座未来超级高科技城市中,我们的主角是一位机械师。他是一个平凡的年轻人,擅长利用小技巧和先进技术来让生活更加便捷。尽管他的行为略带非法色彩,比如巧妙绕过城市的建筑计费系统以省去网络费和电子费,但这些小动作通常不会引起大问题,只要不被抓到。他的机械技能帮助他在这样的城市中过上了相对优越的生活。

      例如,他会购买市场上的设备,并对其进行定制和DIY改良,以提高其功能性,从中获得额外的好处。这种动手能力让他在技术繁荣的墨城中获得了不错的收入,并且生活得相当不错。主角本性有些懒散,喜欢使用小技巧减轻生活负担,而这些技巧在其他领域也带来了更多的利益。
